  • Shree Krishna Vadapav in Reading is a fantastic place to enjoy authentic Indian street food, and I would give it a solid 5-star rating based on my recent visit. We tried the pav bhaji, pani puri, sev puri, and paneer butter masala paratha, and every dish was delicious and full of flavour. The pav bhaji was rich and buttery, with perfectly spiced vegetables and soft buns that soaked up the sauce beautifully. The pani puri and sev puri were fresh and vibrant, offering a great balance of tangy, spicy, and crunchy textures—definitely a must-try for fans of chaat. The paneer butter masala paratha was a wonderful twist, combining the creamy, mildly spiced paneer butter masala with the crispy, flaky paratha, making it a satisfying and unique dish. Overall, Shree Krishna Vadapav is a top choice in Reading for anyone craving authentic, tasty Indian street food in a relaxed setting. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning to try more from their menu.

  • Popped into this brightly decorated space for a couple of lunch items. Friendly staff helpfully guided me as one of my choices wasn’t available. The papdi chaat was good, spicy with loads of flavours and textures. Toastie was lovely and spicy, crunchy toast- very satisfying. Dining room was almost as cold inside as outside, but it was a Monday and empty. Nice food contrast after the holidays!

  • We had such a wonderful dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor—each dish was prepared perfectly. What made the visit even more memorable was the excellent service. Adaline was warm, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Thank you, Adaline, for the great service. Highly recommend both the food and the outstanding service.

  • Has good Indian chat varieties, Nice dine in place, delivery available via many apps. Dining in has been best, Vada pav and samosa (schezwan and butter) are favourites and has always been good on deliveries too.Tea is very nice. Onion bhajiye was very good. Bhel puri was not so great.not a great fan of Misal too.Mostly everything is good. Can keep revisiting and re ordering. Ordering via 3rd party app is bit expensive compared to dining in. Available via Justeat/ubereats/deliveroo , mostly SKVP deliveries are quicker mostly delivered on time. SKVP app order and pick up is best option if picking up directly and is value for money.

  • The food is delicious, comes within a minute for delivery and the service is excellent. It's pretty empty but the staff, especially Varun, are very friendly people. Before I knew I wanted to order, I had to use their bathroom and he was very kind and polite to let me and also in his manner. I will come back often for their £2.50 Vada Pav in a bun takeaway.

  • I had an amazing experience at SKVP Reading. The food was absolutely outstanding — full of flavour, fresh, and truly authentic Indian street food. The service was excellent as well. A special mention to Mandeep Kaur, who attended me with so much humility and kindness. She was very polite, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommended! Will definitely visit again.
